Note: This section contains the node software and the drivers required to configure the supported telephony devices.
While we do take care to provide tested drivers, we undertake no responsibility towards any loss or damage you may suffer from using these software. The drivers provided here are the intellectual property of the respective manufacturers.
Node Software v4.01
This version contains support for Motorola Phones C350, C450, C375, CDMA phone LG-RD2030, LG-RD2130, LG-RD2230, LG-RD2430, LG-RD5130, LG-RD6130, PCtel Modem card and CAPI-based ISDN adapters. It will work on Windows 2000 and Windows XP. (cell phone based nodes will require an additional Audio cables.
Important Note: Read the Installation instructions to setup the nodes properly.
You can only use Hotfoon Node software under the following terms. If you do not agree to them, then don’t download the software. Downloading of Hotfoon Node software will be taken as your acceptance of all these terms.
- The software should only be used by the registered Node operators under the terms of Node operator’s agreement as given here.
- You cannot redistribute, sell, modify, reverse engineer this software under any circumstance.
- You should delete this software from your computer if you decide to terminate your Node operators agreement with Hotfoon.
PCtel’s PCI card Modem Drivers
The PCtel drivers provided are tested to work with the older cards. Some people have reported problems with the newer cards. Please check that your PCtel card has PCT1789 chipset.

Conexant USB Modem Drivers
The new node software now supports the easily available Conexant HCF modem. Among several others, DLink and DAX are making suitable modems.

Motorola Phone USB Drivers
The Motorola Phone needs a regular USB data cable with a mini-USB connector to connect between the PC and the phone.
To correctly install this driver, FIRST install the driver and THEN plug in the phone through the USB port. This driver identifies the C375 as C450. It still works.

LG CDMA Phone - USB Drivers
The LG Phones supported including RD2030, RD2130, RD2230, RD2430, RD5130 and RD6130.
They connect to the PC with the data cable (available from shops that sell the LG Phones).
To correctly install these driver, FIRST install the driver and THEN plug in the phone through the USB port.
