Terms of Service

  1. Hotfoon provides no warranties explicit or otherwise about the performance, suitability or safety of using its software. The users are advised use it completely at their own risk. We accept no responsibility for any damages or losses incurred due to use, misuse, non-performance, errors or denial of service from the software or remote computers accessed by the software.
  2. Hotfoon software is the Intellectual property of PacketCell Networks Svenska AB. PacketCell Networks Svenska AB asserts its right to defend infringement of its copyrights, patents and intellectual property to the maximum extent permissible under the laws governing the offender and PacketCell Networks Svenska AB.
  3. Any attempt at reverse engineering, or creating software that duplicates the messaging protocol or attempts to emulate Hotfoon software will be treated as infringement of PacketCell Networks Svenska AB.
  4. Hotfoon provides a non-exclusive license to use the Hotfoon end user software as is with no warranty whatsoever as long as it is used only in conjunction with servers operated PacketCell Networks Svenska AB or those servers that have obtained written permission from PacketCell Networks Svenska AB.
  5. Hotfoon reserves the right to modify the current Terms of Service and terminate or deny license to any person or organization without assigning any reason or cause.
  6. Hotfoon end user client software maybe freely distributed as long as this End User License Agreement is distributed along with the software without any modifications.
